Yes, toilet facilities are available at all locations apart from the Industrial Park site, which does not have any facilities available to customers.
The Customer may not use the storage site for the storing, long term parking or overnight parking, parking facilities are only available to the Customer whilst at the storage site for the purposes of depositing, removing, substituting, or inspecting the goods in the storage unit. Any vehicle found to be in contravention of this will be removed from the site at the expense of the Customer, The Owner will not be held responsible for any damage associated to the removal of a vehicle.
All shelving or racking added to a room must be free standing and not attached to the walls or structure of the room in any way.
A small number of rooms have power points installed, arrangements will need to be made for the installation of power through Mini Warehouse 2 management and at the customers expense only at select locations.
A select number of externally accessed units have internal lighting inside of them, however corridor lighting is available.

We tend to work on square foot measurements as we do not charge on a cubic volume capacity but rather on a square foot capacity. To work out the cubic square feet of a room, take the square foot, and times by the height of the room. Most of our rooms are usually 8ft high, however this can vary store to store and on location of the room within the store. When considering what size room you will need, don't forget to stack the items in the room. You're only paying for the floor space, not the height. No, we do not charge a registration fee. When you move in you pay a security deposit which is refunded to you when you move out provided the unit is left in the same condition as when you moved in. This is the equivalent to one month’s storage fees.

Yes. Think of us like a hotel. You get your own room for only your goods. You sign the Customer License, and you are responsible for everything you put into your room. You do not share your room with anyone else unless you have given permission for them to access your room - if you do this, don't forget to tell us their details so we know they have access to your room.
We offer designated Climate controlled units for rent, the temperature within the traditional units can fluctuate throughout the year.
Please contact the store directly at the earliest opportunity and this will be dealt with as sensitively as possible.
We will send you a reminder before this point. And contact you to settle the payment before it becomes a problem. If, however, you do miss a payment, you will become eligible for an administration charge of 100.00 after 30 days and access will be temporarily disabled to your unit until your balance has been settled. After 60 days eviction proceedings will commence, and our retained debt recovery agency will be engaged, and you r possessions will be disposed of.
Our minimum stay is 1 month, your storage agreement will continue for as long as you need it, payments are due on the 1st of every month and 30 days written notice is required to terminate.

No. Customers will need to source their own contents and liability insurance to protect against Actual physical loss or damage to Goods caused by burst pipes; escape of water; mould and mildew; theft accompanied by forcible and violent entry or exit; moth, insect or vermin damage caused an external source; fire; lightning; explosion; earthquake; storm; flood; riot; strike; civil commotion; malicious damage; and impact by vehicles or aircraft.
Our minimum stay is 1 month. You can move out after just a day, but you will still be paying for the minimum 1-month storage. Please inform the office when you move in if you wish to move out before the end of the first monthly billing period. We require 30 days written notice to move out. You can give this notice on the day you move in.
Minimum length of stay is 1 month. Payment is monthly and in advance (1st of the month). Therefore, in order to pay for just 1 week required, you would need to give notice on the day you move in. And the additional 3 weeks you have paid for will be forfeited.
Yes. If we have the availability and you have the correct ID, you can move in as quickly as today provided it is during our opening hours. You will need to call us to reserve today rather than complete your reservation online. Please give us a call on (345) 949-7750 and if you can get to the store today with the correct ID at least one hour before we close, to come and sign the license, you can move in today.
No. You need to sign the contract yourself, however once you have signed the contract you can nominate others to act on your behalf. For example, if you have a removal company moving your goods in.

Yes. We ask that you leave your room in the same condition as you were given it. Clean and clear of any items, with the padlock removed from your door and returned to the office you have rented from. If this is not followed you will forfeit your security deposit.

You can move out at any time during your payment period, but you will be charged for the entire period.

You also need to confirm when you have emptied your unit. Please leave the unit in the same condition as when you began renting it and remove your padlock from the door and return to the office. If you have given us the required written notice but leave the padlock on the door on the day you were due to move out, we will presume you have changed your mind and need to continue your storage and we will continue to charge you for your storage usage.
Unless you have extended access hours, please ensure you move out during our store opening hours.
Your storage agreement rolls over and you will be charged for the next monthly period.

You can call us and arrange for your chosen items to be ready for you to collect and pay for at any one of our stores. There are no restrictions to the product types you can collect in store.

The speed at which we will process your refund will depend on how promptly you provide your banking information following move out. We aim to action all refunds within 15 Days following move out and the return of all keys and under the presumption that the unit has been left free and clear of rubbish and possessions.
All customers will be provided with their own individual access code to enter the facility, certain locations you will also be provided with a door fob to enter a specific building. In addition, all locations are under 24hr CCTV monitoring by our external security company.
All customers will be provided with 2 keys upon sign up, you will be subjected to a 100.00 charge to replace the lock.
